Role Descriptions & Responsibilities   

As intern in the Customer Solution Experience LATAM team your key role will be to support the direct sales team with regards to administrative tasks, reporting and monitoring the sales cycle execution, and connecting multiple stakeholders from a process standpoint.

You will support the sales organization and management with regards to the execution of our Value Engagement sales methodology and its consistency across different groups of clients.

The process of selling is complex and requires discipline and focus, and in this position, you will be able to learn and support throughout the entire cycle, from business development through contract signature

Descrição e Responsabilidades da Função    

Como estagiário da equipe de Customer Solution Experience LATAM, sua principal função será apoiar o time de vendas diretas em relação a tarefas administrativas, relatórios e monitoramento da execução do ciclo de vendas, e conectar múltiplos stakeholders do ponto de vista de processo.

Você dará suporte ao time e à gerência de vendas, apoiando a execução de nossa metodologia de vendas Value Engagement e sua consistencia entre diferentes grupos de clientes.

O processo de vendas é complexo e exige disciplina e foco. Nesta oportunidade você poderá aprender e dar suporte ao longo de todo o ciclo de vendas, desde o desenvolvimento de negócios até a assinatura do contrato.

Qualifications

·         Actively enrolled in Production Engineering, Economic Sciences, or Systems related graduation.

·         Interested in Sales

·         Fluency in English

·         Fluency in Spanish

·         Good communication Skills

·         Ability to deal with external staff

·         Organized.

·         Self-learning profile

Qualificações

·         Graduação em andamento nas áreas de Engenharia de Produção, Ciências Econômicas, ou áreas realicionadas a sistemas;

·         Interesse em vendas;

·         Inglês avançado;

·         Espanhol avançado;

·         Boas habilidades de comunicação;

·         Capacidade de lidar com equipe externa.

·         Organização;

·         Perfil autodidata.
