Be the Next Game Changer
Imagine New Horizons….
The Discovery Studio team within Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA utilizes various computational biophysics/chemistry tools to tackle complex research questions. This research progresses our understanding of many disease-relevant biological systems and contributes to drug discovery endeavors. This work is done in the context of the BIOVIA Discovery Studio application and BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot system.
This is paid internship with a flexible fall 2022 start and a flexible duration. The internship is based at the Dassault Systemes BIOVIA Corp office located on 175 Wyman St, Waltham, MA 0245.
Do you have dreams? Do you enjoy a challenge? Here at Dassault Systèmes, we empower people with passion to change the world.

What Will Your Role Be
As an Intern within the Discovery Studio Team, you will apply various computational biophysics/chemistry techniques, for example: protein modeling, molecular dynamics simulation, protein-protein docking, and protein dynamics analysis.
You will use these techniques to investigate the mechanism and function of proteins in key biological systems. You will have access to our advanced modeling and machine learning algorithms and state of the art visualization, and use the BIOVIA Discovery Studio suite with Pipeline Pilot for the research.
A peer-reviewed publication is desirable based on the outcome of the research.
Key Success Factors
Actively enrolled in a PhD in Computational Biophysics or similar PhD program for the duration for the duration of the internship
Ability to work in a collaborative team, attention to detail, scientific curiosity, and strong communication skills
BIOVIA provides scientific solutions to discover, design, develop and deliver innovative drugs, materials and formulas.
