Role Description & Responsibilities 
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in analyzing and resolving software requests 
  • Managing the Request for Change (RfC) process
  • Collaborate with internal experts worldwide to discover software solutions
  • Contribute to the Quintiq software Knowledge Base (KB) with new findings


Qualifications 

  • A final year student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Third years are welcomed to apply. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Great analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
