What will your role be?
You are required to support INHA Governance scope and team operation, making sure INHA tools is functioning well & processes are being respected
You will also be responsible to monitor & report INHA performance and look for opportunity to support DS marketers better.
The Challenges Ahead
- Assist in getting business requirement in MRM project to build product backlog for Development team
- Train, give guidance/advices and support stakeholders on a daily basis
- Create and update the INHA tools guidelines and processes
- Seek opportunities for the INHA improvement and suggest new development
- Detect, analyze, report potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Collaborate with the corporate teams to ensure INHA team up to date with the new guidelines
Your Key Success Factors
- Experience in CMS management such as Typo3 or Drupal
- Experience in Adobe Campaign management
- Knowledge in marketing digital tactics, web optimization, website publishing, marketing automation
- Ability to think logically and critically when troubleshooting along with a desire to grow your technical skill set
- Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements
- Experience and interest in high-tech B2B marketing execution and operations
- Knowledge in marketing automation tools is highly appreciated as well as HTML, CSS and CMS platforms & functionalities
- Experience in international stakeholders management is highly preferable
- A good team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- 5+ years’ experience using Adobe Campaign or any other marketing automation tools (high level skills required)
- Stakeholders management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
