We are seeking a key Strategy Sales Manager who will define and implement an end-to-end sales strategy to rapidly grow the revenue and expand our market presence.
What will your role be?
• Define and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for our channels
• Work with key geographies to set segment prioritization and corresponding sales objectives
• Engage with partners on account plans and strategies for key customers
• Feedback customer needs and industry trends to solution development teams
•Analyze industry partner sales coverage and skills
•Track weekly sales numbers and propose acceleration or corrective action where needed
Your Success Factors
•An undergraduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or computer science
•MBA or at least 5 years in a successful sales management role
•Knowledge of the product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes specific to the industry
•Experience working with indirect sales channels
•Strong leadership skills to motivate partners and engage customers
•Public speaking skills and social media presence
