Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Execute the customer account strategy according to Customer Value Roadmap (CVR)
- Drive and manage the engagement team during VALUE ENGAGEMENT, working in conjunction with the sales team (planning, schedule, resources, budget)
- Ensure a smooth transition to Value Delivery to secure a successful solution implementation
- Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a coherent way to drive and ensure business objectives achievement and respect of customer commitment
- Leverage 3DDashboard to manage customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information
- Define and execute the communication plan with the customer in collaboration with the Client Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any equivalent field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in working with an engineering industry
- Able to maintain relationship with customers and good communication
