What will your role be?

As an Industry Process Consultant you play an active role in:

  • Being the communicative party leading the aligning between our programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and the customer.
  • Identifying & mapping the customer’s requirements, their impact on the business processes and KPIs.
  • Maximizing solution value for the customer by mapping out the AS-IS and defining the TO-BE process.
  • Validating and testing whether configured functionality is in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectations.
  • Demonstrating configured solutions to the customer, while focusing on value for the customer.
  • Providing functional support to the customer on our solutions during development and in daily operation.

The Challenges Ahead

  • Understanding and translating customer requirements into use cases and functional/technical specifications.
  • Solving customer puzzles, analysing business processes, and ensuring functional feasibility with aligned architectures.
  • Formulating value-driven recommendations based on Dassault Systèmes' out of the box solutions with potential configuration.
  • Ensuring functional alignment within internal and external teams.
  • Securing functional quality and usability of the proposed solutions.
  • Delivering solution demonstrations to our customers.

Your Key Success Factors

  • Proven years of consulting experience that combines working with 3DEXPERIENCE
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience guiding and educating customers in relation to Project Management, Change Management and the wider automotive OEM business in general
  • Knowledge and experience of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • Knowledge and experience in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process
  • Knowledge and experience in FMEA process
