What will your role be?
DELMIA, a brand of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for an Industry Process Consultant (IPC) to join our Services department to design, deliver, and deploy world-class software solutions for our customers in manufacturing and supply chain in a variety of industries.
DELMIA Quintiq is an application suite that enables our customers to solve the most complex puzzles in planning and scheduling, providing an impressive portfolio of functionalities and optimization solutions.

As an IPC you play an active role in:
- Being the communicative party aligning between our programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and the customer.
- Identifying & mapping the customer’s requirements, their impact on the business processes and KPIs.
- Maximizing solution value for the customer by mapping out the AS-IS and defining the TO-BE process.
- Validating and testing whether configured functionality is in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectations.
- Demonstrating configured solutions to the customer, while focusing on value for the customer.
- Providing functional support to the customer on our solutions during development and in daily operation.
The Challenges Ahead
- Understanding and translating customer requirements into use cases and functional/technical specifications.
- Solving customer puzzles, analyzing business processes, and ensuring functional feasibility with aligned architectures.
- Formulating value-driven recommendations based on Dassault Systèmes' out of the box solutions with potential configuration.
- Ensuring functional alignment within internal and external teams.
- Securing functional quality and usability of the proposed solutions.
- Delivering solution demonstrations to our customers.
Your Key Success Factors
- Master’s degree in applied mathematics, operations research, industrial engineering, business, supply chain management, computer science, econometrics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong affinity with industry processes and solutions, passion for technology (educational and/or professional experience).
- Communicate with passion, team player, innovative, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible mindset.
- Agile and comfortable working in a culturally diverse & matrix organization.
- Rapid adaptation of new knowledge, practices, and processes.
- Natural strong customer focus with a problem solving orientation.
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities, often located within the UK and Benelux region.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Object-oriented programming background is desired.
- Relevant experience in the supply chain IT landscape is valuable.
