Industry Process Consultant - Operational Excellence
Dassault Systèmes we are looking for an Industry Process Consultant Operational Excellence. In this role, based in 's-Hertogenbosch, you will ensure industry process consultancy operations execution and compliance to Dassault Systemès macro processes to optimize business performance and operational efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the IPC (Industry Process Consultant) lead qualification process meetings
- Manage escalation and deviation situations
- Organize and support the IPC Resource allocation process
- Work with IPC Team managers to ensure that KPIs are reached
- Ensure IPC Operations execution and compliance to 3DS Macro Processes to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency
- Up to Date Planning for weekly Lead qualification calls
- Up to date documentation for decisions, next steps, actions
- Monitoring of follow up for defined actions
- Quarterly lessons learnt
- Escalation documented & managed as per related process
- Documentation availability & quality along LEVERAGE process in Engagement Platform
- Corporate business processes & tools full adherence in the GEO
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business oriented study
- Experience in process improvement, opportunity qualification, business analysis, project management, managing projects with multiple tracks, stakeholder management, working with IT systems and/or CRM.
