DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the Professional Solutions at Dassault Systemes India, the Industry Process Consultant Manager would have to articulate, demonstrate and prove the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works and SOLIDWORKS Solutions to our partners/customers to support the revenue plan. He/she would be responsible for engaging and developing the Customer Role Experience (CRE) Technical teams to sell the entire Product Line. Industry Process Consultant Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive pre-sales technical support, guidance for post-sale support and implementation to our Value Added Resellers (VAR) to achieve the customer satisfaction, in line with business goals, and also responsible for providing support for marketing activities to generate leads. Additionally he/she has to maintain major account relationships with strategic customers & prospects of 3DEXPERIENCE Works and SOLIDWORKS in his/her territory.
The responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales support to SOLIDWORKS resellers and employees including developing and training personnel on product demonstrations, product positioning, and competitive overviews.
- Coaching and Mentoring VAR technical employees about 3DEXPERIENCE Works and SOLIDWORKS products (CAD, PDM, Simulation, SOLIDWORKS Composer etc)
- Deliver product presentations to prospects both at the end user and senior management level.
- Present SOLIDWORKS in live-demos during tradeshows and seminars
- Manage and review all technical activities of major account projects
- Organize and manage technical sales seminars across India
- Organize workshops, trainings for VAR Technical Engineers
- Coordinate Technical Support activities with VAR and SOLIDWORKS Tech Support group to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Marketing and VARs to engage in sales lead generation activities.
- Analyze and track VAR Technical Engineers’ competencies and technical delivery.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 12+ years of SOLIDWORKS experience or related.
EDUCATION: Hold Bachelor of Engineering Degree (preferably in Mechanical field)
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of the MCAD/FEA/PDM industry.
- Must be knowledgeable in SOLIDWORKS 3D modeling and have a strong understanding of the SOLIDWORKS Product Portfolio.
- Experience in providing technical sales support for software products similar to SOLIDWORKS product offering.
- Experience in working with a CAD Reseller or Vendor.
- Knowledge of products that are competitive to SOLIDWORKS product portfolio.
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent customer relations skills.
- Must have strong technical and business vision with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in reading and writing in English. Regional language knowledge is a plus.
- In addition, the candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude.
- This position requires 20-30% combined overnight and local travel.
