Join us as an Industry Process Consultant Intern! We are looking for students passionate about Computer Science and applications to real world engineering currently studying towards their Degree, or Masters seeking an Industrial Work Placement for a 12 month duration to join our team to gain a real time industry work experience. The base location will be Sheffield.
As an Industry Process Consultant Intern you will be working within the UK Industry Consulting Team supporting key customer engagements using cutting edge technologies and engineering processes. The focus will be on the SIMULIA brand.
• Undertake demonstrations and develop proof of concepts using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SIMULIA toolset
• Test and validate developed solutions
• Attend customer meetings to define requirements/deliverables
• Work closely with other members of the team and R&D defining solution scenarios
• Studying towards a degree in Computer Science seeking an Industrial Work Placement for 2023-2024
• Coding skills essential with experience of one or more of the following languages; Java, Python, Javascript, VBA, Fortran, C++.
• Knowledge of Web Technologies such as Javascript, JSON, HTML, SSL, Server, Client, J2EE, Web Servers
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Mining techniques is advantageous
• Good presentation skills and team working skills
• Able to work independently and communicate ideas effectively
