Our Virtual Twin as a Service team is looking for an Industry Process Consultant to build and simulate the Virtual Twins of the factories of our customers. This role is based in Poland but with a worldwide reach.

Responsibilities

•Interact with customers to understand and capture manufacturing process of their lines / factory as well as their manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Contribute to the creation of the Virtual Twin of customers’ factory based on DS know-how and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. 
•Perform simulations of the Virtual Twin in terms of material & resource flows as well as AGVs paths & deliveries, in order to assess and fine-tune the performance of the lines, conducting multiple production scenarios and understand their impact on the manufacturing KPIs of the customer.
•Contribute to the execution of Factory Virtual Twins projects activities and deliverables.
•Capitalize on projects deliverables to capture experience acquired and ensure reusability.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing domain. Master is a plus
•5 + years of Experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering.
•Expertise in Factory Flow Simulation
•Experience with DELMIA Digital Manufacturing on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a plus.
•Experience using EKL Language is a plus.
•Customer-facing experience.
•Effective Communication Skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 
•Effective presentation skills. 
•Teamplayer.
•Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
