What will your role be?

  • To provide personalized support to answer People requests and thus to support business needs and individual career path

The Challenges Ahead

  • Qualifies employees’ requests/queries by domains & priority and delivers effective (Level 1 & 2) response/support to employees’ HR requests
  • Creates/maintains policy/knowledge base articles which address most frequent asked questions & ensures article lifecycle management (updates, archives)
  • Ensures end-to-end HR request management (open, follow-up, closure)
  • Onboard new hires and set-up employee records
  • Support off-boarding process (including updating of employees record) 
  • Collate and update new joiner/ existing employee’s contract & documentation
  • Run & secure payroll as per assigned countries
  • Support internal and external audits relating to Payroll and Employee’s data
  • Process and facilitate social security and withholding tax payment
  • Prepare compliance reports and support reporting to stakeholders & statutory bodies

Key Success Factors

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
