HR Intern ( Third Party Contractor)

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi) 

The HR Intern will closely work with the INDIA HR Director. 

Role Description & Responsibilities: 

  • A person needs to have good knowledge of Excel, presentation (PPT), video making, scripting, etc.
  • A person needs to coordinate with Leads to make things happen and develop good working relationships inside and outside the company (with vendors, visitors, DS guests/colleagues) 
  • Excellence in communication => Verbal / written needed. If the person is able to run events, be on stage, be social media savvy, etc., it is an added advantage
  • If the person can handle small projects end to end, that would be excellent => Project can be Data Analysis, Dashboards, and Quarterly Communication. 
  • A person needs to have high energy, be ready to learn & work hard. Ready to work till late hours. 
  • A person needs to learn to use the platform excellent way and get certified once joined => Learnability skills is important
  • Person needs to be mature to manage confidentiality


  • Education: BE/B.Tech + MBA Qualification in HR. 
  • Good analytical skills
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Good presentational skills 
  • Should be well conversant with Data analysis and strategic planning Contribute in ideation for relevant topics on marketing communications/ corporate communications/Social media handling/Content creation.
  • Should possess good coordination and managerial skills for follow-ups with multiple stakeholders- internal and external. 

Other Skills Required:

  • 3DS Company knowledge would be plus
  • Candidate should possess Excellent PPT skills
  • Ready to learn new Technologies
  • Candidate should be good in Solving problems
  • Candidate should have good communication skills
  • Resource should be Flexible in terms of learning new skills / adapting to existing skills
  • Candidate should be good in Time management
