Role and Responsibilities:
Korea People Team Internship, which provides learning opportunities in learning and organizational engagement parts.
Learning Supports
- Pre/post support for trainings
- E-learning system and report management
- Support statutory learning delivery and reporting to gov’t authorities
Employee Engagement support
- GPTW survey related support
- Employee events support
- Take part in engagement actions design and delivery
Support onboarding/offboarding process
- Interview arrangement
- Newcomer documentation support
- Employee personal file update
- New hire vendor registration and communication
- Update offboarding data with related vendor
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor degree(graduates, students on leave of absence, or expected graduates are eligible) in Business or related major preferred.
- Language: English proficiency at a business level
- Skills : Proficiency in MS Office
