Become part of Administration Team as HR Intern and take the first steps towards game-changer's world. As an Intern you will play an active role in administration and payroll activities. We offer training and development to help you achieve your goals as the HR Intern.  We seek someone, who has a passion for people and communications.


The chosen person will have opportunities to develop in the following Personnel Administration related areas:

  • Supporting the HR team in keeping personnel documentation, e.g. personnel files, medical health check monitoring
  • Supporting tracking and verifying employees’ working time, annual leave and sick leave notes
  • Archiving HR documents
  • General support of HR team in day-to-day activities
  • Preparing reports
  • Helping with organization of company events and initiatives
  • Monitoring medical checkups and health & safety trainings
  • Supporting onboarding preparation


  • Willingness to learn and continually develop 
  • Can-do attitude
  • Analytical skills
  • Scrupulousness and reliability
  • Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Good English language skills, fluent Polish 
  • Very good communication skills
