HR Generalist - People Care Specialist

In the role of People Care Specialist / HR Generalist, you hold a vital position at Dassault Systèmes. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks that are integral to our organizational framework. Your impact spans across maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, providing support to finance teams, and contributing to talent acquisition efforts.

Role Descriptions:

Act as the primary point of contact for individual employees and managers.

Provide guidance on matters related to life and well-being, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Assist HR corporate teams in managing recruitment, onboarding, and international mobility.

Plan, develop, and implement activities and programs based on GPTW survey insights to enhance employee engagement and relations.

Maintain open communication channels, ensuring consistent application of company values, policies, and procedures.

Offer guidance on employee relations issues and workplace practices, acting as a mediator if needed.

Assist in identifying appropriate training and interventions for employee development and well-being.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve initiatives on physical and emotional health, well-being, and benefits.

Manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with local laws and practices.

Contribute to creating enablement programs to prevent and encourage self-resolution of problems/conflicts.

Manage payroll and HR administration localy.


Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Years of Work Experience: 4 to 5 years in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Specialist in a commercial and international matrix organization.

Competencies: Strong understanding of local labor laws, excellent communication skills, motivation for teamwork, problem-solving ability.
