What will your role will be?
- Execute Integrated Marketing framework focused on a given What to Market.
- Influence and track the marketing execution of the specific industry/country/brand to be aligned with 3DS 1Y – 5Y strategy
- Articulate 3DS Industry Solution Experience strategy within must-win/key/targeted accounts through Account-based/Industry Marketing to build personalized yet programmatic campaigns for selected accounts/industry.
- Drive the development of Eco-systems that will support both strategic ambitions and commercial pipeline building.
- Identify and work with multipliers that will allow the business to gain traction in the market/industry and engagement with target markets
The Challenges Ahead
- Accountable for the marketing relationship between 3DS and its business/eco-systems partners, 3DS sales representatives (sales experts, partner sales managers) and Pre-sales representatives, as well as external KOL and stakeholders and partners.
- Co-design the marketing strategy and budget allocation with GEO Marketing Leader and CVE Sales Lead and the Global Marketing Leader and communicate/align with relevant Sales Experts.
- Develop and execute programs aimed at moving installed base/prospects to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through a multidisciplinary approach (Digital, Events, Missions, Joint Eco-system Programs).
- Set program goals and plans for defined activities/industry/accounts.
- Leverage local and global marketing demand generation programs.
- Monitor, analyze and report on Local/Global marketing activity performance, on opportunity pipeline and revenue generation.
- Ensure marketing reporting and analysis data accuracy.
- Implement and act upon global data protection GDPR policy on the enrichment of the 3DS contact database.
- Benchmark: the competitors in the ASEAN & Pacific region and provide to the GML a competitive assessment of the competitors marketing landscape and approach
- Monitor Pipeline healthiness and compliance to OLA, from identified contact through Inside Sales to Opportunity and to Won (LEVERAGE).
- Sensitivity to where business is tracking in its sales attainment and how it impacts the various KPIs.
Your Key Success Factors
- 8-10 years' experience in strategic, demand generation and operational marketing
- 5+ years' experience in eco-system development and management
- Knowledge of omni-channel marketing techniques
- Ability to analyze consumer buying trends
- Previous experience creating/managing an annual marketing budget
- A driver of innovation
