We have an exciting role to join our Business Planning and Operations team where you will work directly with the sales team, helping them to achieve revenue targets and support on end-to-end sales transaction related requests.

What will your role be

  • Support the renewals management primarily for Direct customers in collaboration with the Sales team, also for Indirect team as required
  • Prepare and optimize quote renewals (merge, harmonize anniversary dates etc.), ensuring all renewals are managed on time
  • Process renewals that do not require the Sales team involvement
  • Request special invoice format and check invoices
  • Manage license keys renewal with collaboration of the Key Management Center
  • Facilitate cash collection issue / claim fixing
  • Deploy renewal best practices to the Sales team
  • Contribute to YLC/ALC accurate forecasting using a CRM tool to share information with management
  • Work with Sales Execs / Partner Managers and Legal to build, agree and finalize commercial terms and other related business terms
  • Help getting all required approvals from stakeholders in particular through SBO and IOC process

 

The challenges ahead

  • Provide Direct Sales team support based on their daily activities / request (utilizing internal processes and internal tools)
  • Ensure end-to-end request management for the Sales team and Partners (open, follow-up, closure) including escalation to the key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, SBA, Pricing, etc.)
  • Identify and capitalize ‘Best Practices’ to optimize the overall process
  • Identify skill up needs to be delivered through Knowledge base or dedicated trainings to the Sales team and Partners
  • Renewal (ALC / YLC) contract signed on time
  • Minimise backdated Terminations of Support or STOPs of license through enhanced customer support
  • Ensure support tools requests are actioned in a timely manner
  • Ensure 3DS Tools / Process Best Practices are updated and documented in relation to Client and Partner details

Your key success factors

  • We are seeking pragmatic, proactive and highly focused candidates with a solid Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferably in a business management related field (business management, sales/commercial, technical, accounting/finance subject) who can assimilate information quickly, are able to take on specific tasks with focus and motivation, while working in a dynamic team environment and providing a high level of communication to key stakeholders
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Demonstrate ability to produce quality work with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Possess a “can do” attitude, a team player
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and have a real passion for finding solutions to problems in a high pressure environment
