Our award-winning, 12-month training Program is designed to fast-track your sales career and accelerate your leadership opportunities.
The Program begins with a boot camp where you learn about 3DS organization and the sales methodology. At the same time, you will enhance your presentation skills and your teambuilding skills.
While you move through the Program rotations, 3DS sales executive will mentor and guide you.
Once you successfully complete this Program, you will have the opportunity to convert into a sales role that best matches your aspirations and skills.
Your Key Success Factors
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing (STEM) and/or Business
Up to 2 years’, experience in a client-facing role
Able to work onsite in the 3DS Waltham, MA campus on a hybrid basis
Possesses some knowledge of one the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Transportation & Mobility, Manufacturing
US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
