       Role description & Responsibilities

  • Support Top Management / Business leaders in the translation of business decisions into People strategy when relevant
  • Lead with Top Management / Business leaders major transformation and organizational change and make meaningful impacts to the leadership. Implement activities to support transformation and change management.
  • Ensure the annual 3O process and associated topics: business titles, scope of work completion for assigned Function / Business groups
  • Define career mobility and career development plan
  • Ensure Diversity & Inclusion
  • Assist Managers with performance management and employee relations for recovery purpose or departure management
  • Assist managers in defining and selecting employee, either through promotion, internal mobility or externa l search
  • Conduct Talent Capital process together with Management
  • Promote learning programs defined and monitor Learning & Certification achievement for population in scope
  • Manage Labor relations and enforce corporate policies, practices and culture. Ensure compliance with local laws and practices (i.e. compensation, benefits…)
  • Provide coaching and assistance to the managers for any people related topic.
  • Promote the DS4 People initiatives to secure 3DS attractively.
  • Ensure GPTW promotion at 3DS.



  • Seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of experience in an international environment and diverse career path (Business, HR ...).
  • Minimum 10 years of broad human resources experience, working with global, diverse companies.
  • Interest in business issues and challenges, ability to take operational decisions in a logic of performance.
  • Experience in an international and matrix environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
