Role Description & Responsibilities

Responsible for a marketing organization/department either at Group level or at Geo level. The mission as the marketing management role is to define, build and execute an integrated GLOBAL /GEO Marketing Plan aligned with the Group or the GEO strategy.

・Lead the marketing team in the GEO to maximize the overall marketing contribution to the Dassault Systèmes Business: local customer engagements, events, digital and communications marketing teams
・Develop a local marketing strategy and plan including a strong Awareness & Demand Generation execution Plan 
・Ensure a consistent, equity-based tone of voice throughout the company
・Ensure timely and effective execution of the operational marketing plan (tactics and programs)
・Monitor metrics of all executions in order to continually adjust and enhance the marketing plan
・Create and maintain annual marketing budget
・Contribute to the go-to-market strategy with documented insights on key market and competitive trends.
・Build a strong marketing community and spirit in the GEO
・Work closely with the Executives team or GEO MD / GEO XCCOM on the GEO Business Strategy and plan
・Represent marketing in GEO external activities (speaker at events, facilitator in Public relations, etc.) to generate interest and new business contacts

Qualifications

  • Experience running a country Marketing team or Global Marketing function
  • Multicultural experience in managing people in an international environment
  • Sales (direct & indirect sales) knowledge and experience a strong plus
  • Ability to represent Dassault Ssytèmes Marketing in public speaking opportunities
  • +15 years of marketing experience
