Dassault Systèmes is recruiting a CRE Fulfillment Management Associate. This role will report into the Sr. Manager AMERICAS & WW Customer Role Experience (CRE) Order Management and CRE Business Operations.  The position will be based out of our Woodland Hills, CA office.  This position is a hybrid position (on-site & remote).

What Will Your Role Be? 

Work as a team and individual contributor in a call center environment.  Answer calls, respond to emails and service requests in a professional manner.  Work as a liaison between other departments in the Customer Role Experience Channel.  Work directly with VARs and customers to resolve issues with licensing, registration, activation and other inquiries.  

Your Challenges Ahead

  • Answer incoming calls to the customer center in a revolving queue with other  Fulfillment Management Specialists
  • Complete service requests from start to finish by resolving reseller and customer inquiries and issues
  • Assist SOLIDWORKS resellers with issues relating to activation, registration and licensing
  • Interact with internal departments such as Field Operations, Technical Support, MIS, legal and Sales
  • Use Siebel and other internal tools to support VARs and customers
  • Prepare presentations, training materials and other projects as assigned
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful customer interactions with professionalism
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Competent in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to react to customer issues and formulate resolutions quickly
  • Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with computers, business software, software licensing and basic understanding of databases

Your Key Success Factors

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • + years of experience in Customer Service
  • Solid decision making and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Licensing and registration experience a plus
  • Bilingual would be a plus
