Dassault Systèmes is recruiting a Facilities Specialist for our Benelux region. This role will report into the Manager of Real Estate & Facilities (Benelux & Northern Europe). The position will be based out of our s-s-Hertogenbosch office. Some travel to our site in Belgium is required.

Role description
- Run and administrate 3DS sites in ´s-Hertogenbosch (Netherlands) and Belgium by providing a safe and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors. Cooperate with the facilities team across Northern Europe with focus on sustainability planning and strategy.
- Ensure site operations for business continuity & excellence
- Maintain the premises in safe and sound conditions
- Participate to the office space design and allocation to promote the 3DS image and secure a pleasant work environment to each employee
- Ensure compliance of the premises in terms of local health, safety and regulations & obligations
- Manage and supervise the building access rules
- Manage the office space to optimize the team organization and work conditions
- Supervise external contractors as required
- Ensure site compliance with 3DS identity, culture & security
- Align site to corporate sustainability strategy
- Follow and implement sustainability plan based on approved road map
- Ensure compliance with ISO 50001 (energy management) for ´s-Hertogenbosch site and support other sites in Northern Europe
The Challenges Ahead
- Ensure compliance with ISO 50001 (energy management) and preparation for internal and external audits
- Cooperate with the facilities team across Northern Europe to implement corporate sustainability strategy and to ensure compliance with ISO 50001
- Manage action plan for improving energy efficiency in the ´s-Hertogenbosch site and support other sites
- Work closely with landlord´s property manager and follow on planned maintenance and improvements
Your Key Success Factors
- Agile and comfortable working in a culturally diverse & matrix organization
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Demonstrate commitment & accountability
- Fluent in English (Dutch is good to have)
- Having significant experience within Facilities Management
- Having knowledge or exposure to Budget management, Health and safety compliance, Project management, Space planning, Risk management
- open to learn about Sustainability
