Job Description & Role responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing event from A to Z: planning, editorial line consistency, quality execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate and/or support Corporate, Industry and Brand or any other type of events, aligned with 3DS Equity, in global or local scope.
  • Event portfolio includes but is not limited to: 3DEXPERIENCE Forum, 3rd party Tradeshows, Seminars, User Events, Internal Events as well as Corporate Visits/Executive Briefings when applicable.
  • Support the GEO Managing Directors and Leaders to define events portfolio to support local business, awareness and enablement objectives aligned with strategic guidance from global corporate events
  • Ensure event selection is aligned with resources (budget and people) and business targets
  • Execute high quality events in the spirit of 3DEXPERIENCE: Develop an editorial line and/or a read thread for each event from the content define, the communication plan to the event execution and follow up through an integrating marketing plan (using both online and offline methods) and in collaboration with other Communication departments such as Social Media, Media Relations, Corporate communication strategy
  • Manage event lifecycle in alignment with Corporate guidance and in compliance with internal processes (planning / execution / monitoring / project management)
  • Works with both internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brands, Industries, Universe, Public Affairs…) and external resources to obtain needed content, materials and services
  • Brief & manage event agencies/vendors as needed
  • Design and deliver events, messages, supports if needed (written presentation, videos, key note speaker identification/training), budget
  • Package the event content to be usable through communication campaign if any (social media, media relations…)
  • Effective accountability and support in event execution, including support of Partners at events
  • Global look and feel alignment in compliance with the corporate brand equity
  • Short events debriefs delivered post event
  • Monitor efficiency through KPIs for each event (satisfaction survey, attendance report…)


  • Have 6 - 12 years work experiences for event organization & execution
  • Have experiences a big scale of event (over 1000 ppl) & VIP event - annually have 2-3 large volume of events
  • Be a good story teller with branding view
  • Be a good communicator to internal & external stakeholders
  • Business level of English skill is a must
  • Prefer IT MNCs but not must have requirement
