Define strategic people plan to achieve business long term profitable growth by delivering innovative, value driven HR strategy and business solutions. Partner with the business to lead and support organizational development and transformation, to improve people accountabilities and skills to execute 3DS strategy. Inspire, create, value, empower and recognize our people, through sustainable organizations programs and experiences.


What will your role be?

  • Support Top Management / Business leaders in the translation of business decisions into People strategy when relevant.
  • Build people strategies including but not limited to organization design & effectiveness, performance, workforce planning 1-3 years, Talent Management through various People Programs.
  • Lead with Top Management / Business leaders major transformation and organizational change and make meaningful impacts to the leadership. Implement activities to support transformation and change management.
  • Ensure the annual 3O process and associated topics: role and skills referential, business titles, scope of work completion for assigned Function / Business groups.
  • Co-design with other HR teams for People Programs providing competitive advantage, based on data and market intelligence insights.
  • Conduct Strategic Talent Capital Management.
  • Drive leadership assessment, leadership development, transition plan and leaders of tomorrow.
