The challenges ahead...

We are hiring a key role in the EURONORTH Geography that will be part of the Perform & Rewards team. This role will drive the performance and rewards agenda contributing to 3DS’s business objectives and EURONORTH ambitions. This is a pivotal role that has a direct influence on how we innovate, enable and drive the business to achieve sustainable growth by delivering a value driven people strategy, while helping us to attract, retain and develop the very best talent in the market.

  • Adapt and implement compensation programs, sales and incentive plans, variable compensation designs, and long-term incentive programs
  • Support and implement global recognition programs that align rewards with high performance and 3DS values
  • Manage benefit offering, collaborate with brokers and secure Annual local benefit programs review and renewal management 
  • In cooperation with global CB&R, develops effective market assessment/benchmarking to measure overall market positioning of compensation and benefits programs Monitor for the C&B data quality into the IT system  
  • Carry out data analysis, advise & assist in implementing actions around related to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging plan
  • Secure attractive, cost-effective and tax-qualified benefits coverage in line with market practice and 3DS Benefits Philosophy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for total rewards in order to improve employee engagement (Great Place To Work index)
  • Lead annual compensation review campaign and provide training for People team and Managers
  • Provide education and guidance to People & Organization Partners, Managers and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation topics, evaluating new positions, CLG levels, diversity programs, talent trajectory
  • Support integration and corporate simplification of acquired companies from the C&B standpoint
  • Provide oversight, expertise and guidance to the HR People Support

  • Knowledge and know-how of compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition
  • Ability to connect business objectives to the compensation, benefits and rewards practices
  • International perspective and ability to adopt corporate philosophy to the local business requirements

Professional Skills 

  • The ability to understand and apply company policies
  • Deep analytical skills – you will calculate benefits and calculate compensation payments
  • Experience and interesting in developing employee retention programs
  • Basic understanding of Employment law in multiple countries
  • Evaluate benefit plans
  • Understanding our companies values and goals, challenging where necessary and leading by example
  • Implement strategic planning
  • Managing complex budgets across multiple countries, keeping in mind our corporate polices, processes and best practices
  • Manage and review benefits (i.e. pension funds and healthcare) across multiple countries
  • Processing Information and sharing this information in a concise way to snr stakeholders
