EU Affairs Senior Manager
We are looking for a Senior Manager for EU Affairs to join our team in Brussels.
Role & Responsibilities
In the Policy Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze EU legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the organization.
- Provide timely, strategic briefings and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Translate complex EU policy discussions into clear business implications.
Advocacy & Representation- Develop and implement EU public affairs strategies and advocacy plans.
- Represent the organization in meetings with EU institutions, including the European Commission, European Parliament, and Council representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, trade associations, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement- Engage with EU Institutions and key stakeholders and coalitions to advance policy priorities.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and joint advocacy initiatives.
Coordinate external consultants and advisors where relevant.
Internal Coordination- Work closely with internal teams (legal, regulatory, communications, business units) to ensure alignment on EU matters.
- Support senior executives in preparing for high-level meetings and public interventions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Solid experience in EU public affairs, government relations, or a related field (EU institution, trade association, consultancy, corporate, or NGO).
- Strong understanding of EU legislative processes and policymaking dynamics.
- Proven track record of engaging with EU institutions and influencing policy outcomes.
- Established professional network in Brussels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EU languages are an asset.
- Master’s degree in Political Science, EU Studies, Law, Economics, or a related discipline

- Relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
