The Industry Process Expert is in charge of the development of the Brand Expertise (multiple domains,
multiple expertise) in the GEOS and for the success of the Industry Process Experiences, roles & business
experiences through the VALUE PATHS, the capitalization and the demonstration of the differentiated
value and through the execution of the Certification process. The Industry Process Expert is focused on
overall development of the expertise in the GEOs by articulating the differentiated value of the ENOVIA
led Industry Process Experiences.
The Industry Process Expert is a worldwide-recognized subject matter expert on identified Industry
Process Experiences, roles & business experiences (multiple domains, multiple expertise) maintaining
Best-in-class level of expertise and maximizing the usage and value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Industry Process Content Development and Validation

Process Consulting
• Authoritative knowledge and expertise across the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, ENOVIA Led Industry
Processes and ENOVIA role Portfolio to support all GEOs and Engagement Models
• Understands how to fulfill user and customer use case needs to develop 3DS footprint on the
• Defines, Develops and Supports the deployment of VALUE PATHS by ensuring the right content:
1) Customer profiling, 2) relevant targeted OFFER of Industry Solutions, Industry Processes and
Roles, 3) Contextual approach with relevant Stories for VALUE UP (VALUE ENGAGEMENT: -15 to -
• Develops Industry Process Demonstrations in liaise with Role Portfolio Management and Industry
Solution Management teams: generic role process workflow, technical application
• Appropriate recommended “best practices” for engagements to make sure we “win” (Prove our
strengths, minimize our weaknesses, and highlight the weakness of the competition)

Technical Acceleration
• Prioritization & Resolution of Critical Technical Issues experienced by either customers or sales
pursuit teams
• Liaison & official spokesman to R&D, Industries, Geographies, etc. relative to brand sales & client
• Support validation of the proposed business process transformation with industry standards and
best practices
• Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
• Provide the appropriate support on BRAND Specialized roles deals, leveraging BRAND specialized
steps focused on overall value

• Act as leader on “ENTER/DEVELOP” Industry Process Experiences looking for first references to
act as Lighthouse for replication by an Industry Process Consultant
• For identified Industry Process Experiences, roles & business experiences he/she could be in
charge of Business Market Development by creating the first references for “ENTER/DEVELOP”
Industry Process Experiences or leading a Core Project within the Brand.

Sales and Eco System Enablement
• Development, coordination and delivery of enablement for the ENOVIA Sales and Technical
community, Partners and C&SIs
• Certification development
• Interact with customers on demand, in particular on MUST WIN & DEPLOY customers.
• Involved as a trusted advisor in key strategic sales opportunities
• Delivery Delivers whitepapers and conferences in the 3DS Brand communities to consolidate
Brand awareness in specific disciplines. This includes 3DS events (both external/internal)
delivering highly compelling content & dialogue, increasing overall interest. Author or validate
content as Subject Matter Expert and perform as a speaker or panelist at internal and external
• Focus to ensure we “position DS as best as possible” (Prove our strengths, minimize our
weaknesses, and Highlight the Value differentiation of 3DS solution vs competition). Work to
understand the strengths & weaknesses of the competition to make appropriate recommended
“best practices” for engagements.
• Delivers compelling and up to date content for trainings and for certifications and enable Sales
Experts and Industry Process Consultants, Partner Sales Managers, Partners and C&SI and
3DEXPERIENCE EDU ecosphere based in the GEO on the value of Industry Processes experiences

• Customer topology and transition path alignment

• ENOVIA focus transition migration tool support
• Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the
customer to achieve their business objectives leveraging 3DS & technologies powered by
the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Assess customer/partner engagement in regards of feasibility, value and risks

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Degree (or equivalent) with 10 years’ experience in a similar role. Master
of Sciences in engineering or similar experience a bonus.
• Global knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Services and Value
• Deep knowledge on Industry standards & Business processes
• Knowledge & strong experience with the DS portfolio in particular ENOVIA and 3DEXPERIENCE platform,
other 3DS solutions and technologies

• Experience in enterprise technical architectures, migration methodologies and technology
• Enterprise system transition & upgrade experience
