We are looking for Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern. The position is located in one of our offices: Hammersmith, Cambridge, or Warwick.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture
  • Working with the Executive Sponsor and DI&B Lead for Northern Europe on multiple Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging topics
  • Organising the DIB Calendar
  • Scheduling events
  • Owning the DIB Dashboard
  • Working with the Communications team

Qualifications: 

  • An Ideal opportunity for a person who has strong organizational and project management skills and who also has a passion for DI&B topics
  • Creating diversity analytics to understand and track performance in the organisation, including legislative requirements
  • Celebrating diversity through organised events and awareness sessions
