Your Mission:
This role will set the foundation and strategy for the CSR and Engagement functions to ensure that we are building out an employee centric program that is also creating a return on investment. This position will look to embed our culture within Medidata, providing amazing employee experiences, resources/support for leaders and drive strategy.
Design the mission and vision for the department
Drive and embed actions from our Engagement Survey
Create future ways of working in a Hybrid world
Evaluate our values and EVP to embed deeper into the organization
Co create resources, tools, and training for leaders to drive their own engagement
Build out the Engagement and CSR strategy for Medidata
Work with our values to embed and align to our culture
Provide new recommendations to improve the current CSR Strategy and continue to build an innovative program
Manage a high performing team
Work with SLT stakeholders to get their buy in for engagement and CSR programs
Manage the team to ensure that the employee experience and social impact programs create a more engaged workforce
Manage overall budget
Work closely with the DEI team to engage our BRGs in social impact programs
Work with Talent Development to utilize our CSR and Engagement programs as experiential learning
Work within the regions to design innovative programs that drive social impact
Support and partner with our parent organization Dassault Systemes on Sustainability initiatives
Your Competencies:
Your Education & Experience:
Requires a minimum of 10 years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 7 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
A Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience within Human Resources with overall experience in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement or CSR, will be important for this role
