Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Formulate ad strategies and execute end-to-end campaigns, from inception to launch
  • Responsible for the day-to-day project management of B2B paid digital campaigns, encompassing paid search, display and social advertising strategies
  • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals for the respective geos
  • Measure and optimize paid campaign performances according to set KPIs
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze and prepare in-depth reports


  • At least 2 – 3 years hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and LinkedIn
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written
  • Possess relevant experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Campaign is an added advantage
