This is a 12 month contract role.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Develop the digital marketing strategy and manage owned digital channel including website, YouTube, Blog, and our own social media accounts
  2. Plan and run digital campaigns across all digital channels, owned channels, social, paid search and paid media for amplifying awareness and generating leads
  3. Create all complementary elements for the campaign delivery such as email, nurturing scenario, creatives, ads message, landing pages by creating and/or localizing written, video, and image contents for owned digital media
  4. Track and evaluate the results of marketing campaigns and manage the contact DB
  5. Manage and work with the agencies and/or INHA (Inhouse agency) in order to set up the campaign
  6. Analyze and share results of each campaign during its life period
  7. Optimize and adjust the campaign based on this analysis

 

KPIs

Key Performance Indicators

Depending of the type of campaign, KPI should be

  • Reach: Impressions, Sessions
  • Engagement: Social Engagement / Videos views / Downloads / Length of visits or bounce rate
  • Convert: Targeted Contacts / Identified Contacts / New Created Opportunity Pipeline / Marketing Contribution to revenue / Marketing Contribution to Bookings

For SEO:

  • 3ds.com notoriety, traffic and unique visitors, referral source,…

Key Activity Indicators

Many others indicators have to be followed: CTR, CPTC, Landing Rate, CVR on the landing pages, clicks. These metrics can provide insights and the data needed for maximum optimization of the campaign.

 

Qualifications

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B and digital marketing
  2. Knowledge of brand positioning and understanding of IT technology, digital media and channel marketing
  3. Good writing skills to build industry and technical blog posts
  4. rich experience in data analytics to review the paid media and search performance
  5. Fluency in business English communication
  6. Familiar with major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and more) and related marketing campaigns
  7. Experience managing external partners and/or agencies
  8. Experience with video editing software like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or Camtasia is plus
