Roles & Responsibilities
You will work within the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO) Technical Sales team, part of the DELMIA brand whose solutions make it possible to define, plan, optimize and control the entire production and distribution process in 11 different industries. We’re looking to strengthen our team with a logistics, transportation and distribution expertize in retail, parcel and postal industries.
Join our EuroNorth team, to define and design innovative solutions to demonstrate the unique capabilities of our solutions to support the current and future needs of our customers.
As Tech Sales Consultant you explain, demonstrate and prove the value of the SCPO Solutions to our clients through in-depth industry and technical expertise. You will work for the top companies in the Geo within your industry domains. This job offers a unique combination of engineering knowledge and software sales in a very innovative and international environment.

- Advise clients based on your in-depth understanding of their business processes & your knowledge of our Product Portfolio & Industry Solutions;
- Advise Sales Representatives and other Tech Sales Consultants on technical solutions, leveraging your industry process knowledge;
- Our customers are leaders in the following Industries: High Tech, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Shipbuilding, Civil Infrastructure, Process Industry;
- Map the customers “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” business processes;
- Deliver demonstrations to support and articulate the solution proposal;
- Lead technical sales engagements using a consultative selling approach;
- Be able to act as trusted adviser and apply story telling techniques;
- Linking pin between Sales and Services, transforming vision into implementation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master or PhD in Business Administration or Information, Mathematics or Supply Chain Management with electives in Operations Research, Operations management, Supply Chain management or Mathematical Optimization;
- Proven knowledge of Industry processes in logistics, transportation and distribution in Retail, CPG, Postal or 3PL
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical capabilities to deliver value beyond the base product, and articulate this in customer situations;
- A commercial mindset, excellent story teller and good people skills;
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude who likes to collaborate and travel on regular basis;
- Fluent English, another Northern European language is a plus;
