Job Description & Roles Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the DELMIA brand
  • Identify and engage with prospects in Digital Manufacturing, MES, and SCM domains
  • Analyze customer challenges in manufacturing and supply chain operations and propose tailored solutions
  • Articulate the value of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams to craft compelling proposals
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue to meet targets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to generate market insights

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in manufacturing-related solutions (Preferably in Digital Manufacturing, MES, or SCM)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex solutions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in Korean and English (Global communication skills preferred)
  • Strong B2B sales and account management skills
