DELMIA Sales Expert
Roles & Responsiblities
DELMIA team is in need of a sales to lead DELMIA Brand to be No.1 manufacturing solution in T&M and High tech Industry. What will your role be?
- Work together with Industry director/CE for coming 5 years growth of DELMIA business in T&M and High Tech industry
- Drive opportunity management (from identification to closure) in line with DS sales process within channels and based on validated customer pains.
- Sell DS solutions (Software & Services) to new customers to reach his/her given annual growth revenue target.
- Collaborate closely with Industry solution team, BT & VS channel and services to propose solutions that fit customer needs or requirements.
- Identify and engage appropriate DS internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer; leverage external Partners (SI, Consultants) & Influencers at the Account
- Boost sales and market share growth for DELMIA brand in China, directly supporting sales engagements as well as supporting BT & VS channel strategy.
- Guide and mentor the BT & VS sales teams, industry teams, partners, and create credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.
- Build excitement for DELMIA Brand, both internally and externally, to grow the customer base.
Your key success factors
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5 years working experience in sales position with successful track record in developing business in manufacturing industry;
- High motivated, strong ambition to succeed and willing to learn, work independent,
- Can work under big pressure and team work cross industry and brand;
- Good communication in Chinese and English
Qualifications
- Familiar with China Manufacturing Market.
- With at least 5 uears of experience in manufacturing solution selling.
- With channel management experience in China
- Fluent in English
