In our DELMIA INDIA R&D organization we are looking for a suitable candidate to be part of our passionate Software Quality Engineering team to deliver world class Digital Manufacturing applications to our customers and fulfilling our brand promise. As part of our Software Quality Engineering team, you will be involved in challenging and exciting projects, supporting the team in the creation of outstanding enterprise solutions used by our customers. You will work closely with the extended DELMIA R&D team across multiple geographies and also our technical sales team to better understand our customer requirements.

The current position will be based in Bengaluru, INDIA
Role & Responsibilities
• Perform Best-in-class Quality Assessment of DS DELMIA products and ensure that products quality meets DS criteria, covering and automating the customer usages.
• Responsible for all levels of testing, from maintenance releases to major releases with new features. Participate in the Go/No-Go release readiness decision and risk assessments.
• Design Test cases\workflow scenarios encompassing customer requirements and defined specifications, Provide regular testing status to all relevant stakeholders.
• Leverage Customer usage and end user feedback to improve test effectiveness of DELMIA Applications
• Identify and report software defects to Software Engineer with the right severity definition
• Design, code, and improve test framework architecture and test scripts using relevant tools.
• Monitor automated test results and report software defects.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor’s\ Masters in Engineering - Preferably from Mechanical\Industrial or related streams having experience of 3 - 5 years.
• Experience working with DELMIA V5\3DExperience Robotics Applications, Robcad or ABB RobotStudio or similar Robot simulation and Offline Programming software
• Knowledge on different Manufacturing Processes and Terminologies in an Automotive or Aerospace Domain.
• Benchmark DELMIA Robotics software with other competitive software and define enhancement requests for the product
• Provide Trainings and assist Technical Sales team on DELMIA Robotics Applications on a need basis
• Experience with the testing methodologies of complex software products through the SDLC will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn Programming language with purpose of Automation
• Have skill set for Critical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
