What will your role be?
• Managing a team of professional technical supporters of Dassault Systemes products (DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems)
• Maintain communication with project and product managers on the customers side in English
• Manage capacity and availability of the resources in order to satisfy committed performance of technical support services
• Manage escalations and put in place corrective plans
• Work collaboratively with managers of other departments in order to improve the product and services
• Develop talents and supervise professional evolution of the managed resources
Your key success factors:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in the related field, preferably in Computer Science
• Customer orientation and high personal culture
• Good communication and influential skills
• Experience in people management (small teams and bigger as well)
• “Can do attitude” and consultancy approach
• Fluent English is a must
Nice to have, but not necessary:
• MES/MOM experience
• Working experience in software development or on a similar position
• Project or product management experience
