Job Description and Role Responsibilities

ü   Customer Data Management manage and protect customer and partner Sites referential which is stored in the ordering system (DSx.Client Order/ Dsx Finance). Sponsor and maintain quality and integrity of data including legal and regulatory information

ü   Manage record creation and/or modification in DSX.Client Order / Finance and/or other applicable databases by conducting appropriate analysis of Financial, Tax and Legal information

ü   Maintain customer structure in customer data

ü   Ensure and monitor data quality and integrity: eliminate duplicates, update outdated attributes, etc.

ü   Collect company tax ids, legal information and check export compliance 

ü   Maintain contractual documents attached to customer and partner records

ü   Support the integration of acquired businesses through the proper integration of their customer data, coordinated sales engagement and ultimately their integration in DS OTC processes.

ü   Agreements/contracts data load in DSx.Client Order for showing Agreement references in SBO and PO. 

ü   Participation of Asia and WW level Projects(Process enhancements, Automations etc). 

 

Qualifications

Required to hire a person who has business level of English language ability and knowledge of Japanese business culture as well as understands business background of Asian countries such as China and Korea. In addition, should have the ability to manage projects and global level collaborative tasks. 

ü   Desired Key skills: 

  • Contract, Agreement work experience
  • Excel (VLook, Pivot,etc), Word, PPT 
  • Multinational Company work experience
  • Japanese native level
  • Presentation / Training skills for Sales, Newcomer in English

ü   Soft Skills:

  • Communication
  • Accurate
  • Logical
  • Helpful
  • Strong mind of responsibility
  • Self-starter

 

ü   Successful factor:

  • Fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Interested in Asian culture and languages such as Chinese / Korean and other languages in AP South
  • Flexibility and adaptability on new things
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Excellent task management, initiative, teamwork and flexibility
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Integrity, high sense of responsibility  and ablity to act with awareness of urgency and importance.
