Customer Data Management Specialist

A Customer Data Management Specialist within the Sales Business Administration organization, you are in charge of approving our software orders, support our customers & partners, managing the customer database, and deploying our On-Premise and Cloud solutions for the EMEAI Platform (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support for business activities: supporting sales teams and partners through service requests proposing solutions and securing monthly closings. 
  • Internal control: guarantee the integrity of the customer database, compliance with sales processes and customer contracts.
  • Management of operational projects: analyze business issues, propose resolution plans and execute them.
  • Management of operational flow: support geo-localization and follow the sun operating models while developing automation and delegation to our shared services center for transaction processing.  
  • Transformation and project management: participation in projects to improve tools and processes, deployment of new work methodologies, implementation of collaborative tools for monitoring operations.

Qualifications:

·       Location:  Dassault Systèmes’ site in Pune.

·       Looking candidate with academic background with M. Com or MBA in Finance background with a particular focus on international business management and/or technical software management.

·       Looking a candidate with initial experience of 4 to 7 years in the new technologies sector and/or customer data management in a complex international context.

·       Resource should be a good communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, having a strong attention to detail, quickly grasping the issues and enjoying working in a group.

·       Resource should be able to do crisis management, solving complex problems, and can work in a demanding business context punctuated by monthly closing deadlines.

·       Candidate with recognized for the quality and relevance of the information and analyses to provide and to have a strong customer service mindset.

·       Candidate who has a strong interest in new technologies and solving business issues.

·       Candidate with an excellent level of English is expected (bilingual or native English speakers are welcome).
