Corporate Events Planner
Role Description & Responsibilities:
As a North America Corporate Events Planner, you will design and deliver impactful event experiences that align with regional business priorities and marketing strategy. You will plan, execute, and measure a diverse portfolio of events—including tradeshows, proprietary events, seminars, user events, and internal programs such as sales kickoffs—ensuring each delivers measurable business value and ROI. Partnering with marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into engaging, high-quality experiences. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can manage the full event lifecycle while maintaining exceptional execution standards. The ideal candidate is energized by innovation and continuously looks for new ways to transform how events are planned, delivered, and measured.
- Manage a comprehensive events calendar that supports both global and regional marketing priorities.
- Apply strong project and data management practices to maintain accurate information across multiple systems and tools.
- Develop and execute event marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and strengthen customer engagement aligned with marketing strategy.
- Leverage internal and external event platforms and tools to ensure programs meet operational and reporting requirements.
- Track and report on event performance, including ROI, qualified lead generation, and influenced pipeline.
- Maintain strong financial discipline to optimize costs while delivering premium brand experiences and flawless execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (specific degree in event management a plus)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a corporate or agency environment with direct experiential marketing projects and event/tradeshow management experience
- Excellent analytical, data analysis capabilities, and project/program management skills
- Ability to challenge existing assumptions, experiment, and develop innovative strategies and solutions
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; experience in a highly matrixed organization preferred
- Demonstrated success leading and managing corporate events that drive measurable business opportunities and results
- Experience delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Proven ability to manage event budgets, timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with corporate standards and expectations

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $97000 and $110000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
