Client Executive

We are seeking a key Client Executive who will successfully implement the Dassault Systèmes Industry Strategy for assigned existing Nordic accounts and their value chain in order to increase Dassault Systèmes penetration and revenue growth on a short and mid-term basis.

This role can also be based in Gothenburg, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.


  • Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation to propose 3DS Solutions
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
  • Deliver sourcing & revenue plans by executing an overall sales strategy based on TARGET process, involving 3DSEcosystem
  • Identify new projects and engage with key stakeholders across the Infrastructure, Energy & Materials industry
  • Develop the trusted advisor relationship with Key Customer Executives to foster a sustainable partnership between both companies
  • Be accountable to engage systematically on value (VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework), positioning and selling 3DS Business Consulting missions to support client’s business transformation and delivering & monitoring End-to-End Business Value through Industry Solutions Experiences


  • Proven experience in a key sales position selling to clients preferably within the IE&M sector. Experience in the nuclear domain will be an added advantage. 
  • Proven experience in selling enterprise solutions, ideally working with international or large companies
  • Proven experience of forecasting future levels of business and implementing sales strategies and strategic management
  • Solid experience of engaging with and building relationships with C-Level executives
  • You will be actions/results oriented with adaptability and agility, creativity and innovation whilst demonstrating proven experience of active collaboration
  • Previous experience of applying business acumen and change management
