Our team has an immediate opening for a Career & Mobility Project Manager to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a large, international enterprise software company. This role could be based out of one our many offices.

What Will Your Role Be? 
•    The Career & Mobility Project Manager will be the project owner and advisor for our North and Latin American employee’s journey within Dassault Systemes
•    This role will work closely with our global Internal Mobility, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to set the course for upwards and horizontal employee mobility ensuring an excellent internal employee experience
•    The role will cover the entire employee life cycle from pre-onboarding to termination
•    Drive data-driven, purposeful mobility decisions with diversity, efficiency, and performance at the forefront, aligning with our organization’s objectives 
•    Build a culture of career management and professional mobility from a local and global perspective, expanding the footprint of Dassault Systemes’ reputation 
•    Enable and foster a successful path for employees (external, internal, and acquired companies) to ensure the cultural and organizational adoption and integration as well as accelerate on-the-job efficiency
Your Challenges Ahead
•    This position demands an outstanding ability to multi-task as well as superior organizational skills
•    It requires someone who takes a proactive approach in order to anticipate needs as well as possesses an internal customer service centric attitude 
•    Strong leadership and project management experience are mandatory to embark the team as a Project Manager

Your Key Success Factors
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 
•    A transformative, inspirational mindset is required to be an advocate for the employee and company 
•    A minimum of 5 years’ of Human Resources, mobility experience in a professional office environment, experience in an international company preferred 
•    Leadership behavior to embark the team in a project management mode (agile mode)
•    Progressive experience in roles requiring strong project coordination 
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•    Experience dealing with people at all levels of an organization, working with complex and sensitive information
•    Strong organization skills; detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
•    Sense of urgency; proactive and self-motivated
•    Ability to work independently as well as a team player
•    Sense of humor is required 

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 9 paid holidays.
