We are looking for an Industry Business Value Consultant that can drive our industry growth strategy for strategic Life Sciences & Healthcare clients. Location France.

What will your role be?

As a Business Value Consultant for Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry, your mission will be to:

  • Contribute to grow our Life Sciences and Healthcare business, establish credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of their business transformation by effectively leveraging their people, processes through Dassault Systèmes solutions. As a trusted advisor, influence decision makers within our customer’s ecosystem.
  • Understand, develop & capitalize on industry knowledge to guide our sales force to better articulate the value of our industry portfolio.
  • Provide the GEOs with coaching and skills excellence programs for Industry Business Consultants; Guaranty excellence in execution through gate reviews and ensure knowledge and know-how capitalization.

Through consultative selling approach, you will:

  • Develop, capitalize and extend Industry Business Process Expertise in the Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry.
  • As industry expert, provide support and guidance to the sales team worldwide for our key engagements (first of a kind, showcases, portfolio improvement...)
  • Ensure value capitalization and deal replication, as well as contribute to sales enablement
  • Conduct Value Engagement projects including: understanding of customer business drivers, strategies, objectives, identifying opportunities for transformation, understanding current processes and proposing improved processes and solutions, developing financial business cases to explain the value of these solutions, enabling our clients to meet their goals and fulfill their strategies.
  • Be a client facing business and industry expert: frame, position and sell the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and the value of virtual twin experiences, and adapt the story to the Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry.
  • Actively contribute to Dassault Systèmes thought leadership through interaction with industry associations and analysts, presentation to conferences and whitepaper publication.

Your Key Success Factors

  • Solid Life Sciences, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry knowledge– especially around development, tech-transfer, scale-up and manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of industry software solutions and technologies for improving R&D, clinical, quality, or manufacturing (software presales experience preferred)
  • Experience with consulting practices and process improvement
  • Excellent executive level communication, presentation, and compelling message development experience
  • Financial acumen, developing and delivering compelling financial business cases a plus
  • Understanding of Dassault Systèmes company, mission, and solutions (Cloud business model, Platform, Virtual Twin) a plus
  • Able to work in an international environment, to connect easily with people and to make people achieve a common goal
