We are searching for a Business Planner and Operations Intern for our international Operations Team based in Milan. You will face challenges and tasks in a dynamic and international environment!

Role & Responsibilities:

After initial training on the job, you will be helping the Business Planner and Operations Director to support the Sales management, Partner Sales Managers and resellers in the execution of the business strategy in order to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency

You will be supporting in the following activities:
•    Sales/Partners Help Desk, providing high quality of support on their daily activities / request to Direct and Indirect engagements, Sales team & Partners 
•    Support the Management of overall forecast / pipeline / baseline accuracy for all Revenue Types and all dimensions 
•    Ensure Opportunities and Leads information are up to date (close date, amount, offers, infrastructure, start date...) in compliance with guidance 
•    Manage (Approve/Reject) Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registration process 

•    MSc. Degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Political Sciences, and related fields 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•    Knowledge of IT Systems, skilled in using common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, and Analytics tools
•    Possess a “can do” attitude, a team player
•    Demonstrate problem solving skills in a consultative sales-helpdesk environment
•    Strong interest in Technology and IT Industries
•    Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
•    Enthusiastic, proactive, team-player and efficient work organization
•    Fluency in English is mandatory
