·       Work directly with infrastructure owners, operators, and major contractors to show how our solutions can improve project delivery, reduce risks, and optimize asset performance over time.

·       Build strong collaborations with key industry players to support innovation and help shape the future of the industry.

·       Work with internal experts to develop clear and compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs and business goals.

·       Lead complex sales processes, engaging with senior decision-makers and guiding opportunities through key decision stages.

This role requires independence, strategic thinking, and the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex business environment.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).

·       15+ years of experience in rail infrastructure and/or similar industries (such as transportation, energy, or industrial sectors).

·       At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a proven track record of winning and closing large deals.

·       Strong professional network within infrastructure owners, operators, and contractors.

·       Good understanding of how large infrastructure projects are delivered and managed over their full lifecycle.

·       Strong business judgment and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams under tight timelines.

·       Solid program and project management skills.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leaders.

·       Ability to assess risks, support decision-making, and align solutions with clear business outcomes.
