In this new panorama, the primary mission of the Business Development Specialist is to reach out to companies to help them accelerate their journey towards digitization and success.

What will your role be?

  • As Outbound Business Developer you will be the first point of contact for outbound contacts and client.
  • Surrounded and supported by a task force of professionals (Industry process consultants, customer success experts, marketing professionals, sales experts, sales operations leaders) you will be responsible for outbound contacts.
  • You will engage prospects and customers to qualify their needs, objectives, challenges, and opportunities, transforming identified contacts from Marketing Campaigns in open and qualified leads.
  • You will be handing customers over to a Sales Expert who is going to assist them and accompany them throughout their journey.
  • You will identify the needs and Customers Business Drivers – Direct customer or Partner contact.
  • You will reject or assign them to the relevant sales Team (DS or Partner).
  • You will manage lead qualification leads by providing & justifying mandatory information.
  • You will participate to pipeline management on a weekly cadence.

What else are we looking for?

  • Multiple language skills proficiency (Native English or Nordic Languages). Another language will be considered a plus
  • Education requirement: BS degree
  • Previous business development experience, preferably in SaaS or for software solutions
  • From 0 to 3 years’ experience in Sales/Telemarketing
  • Peer Cooperation: a team and autonomous player
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication & Negotiation skills
  • Technical knowledge management preferred
  • Negotiation skills and sales spirit
