What your role will be?
Contribute to the pipeline and revenue of GEOS by engaging with business development team and providing insights into success factors, best practice and reporting that will contribute to higher performance across the team. 

The Challenges ahead…
Business Developer covers LEVERAGE from TARGETED CONTACT (-8) to QUALIFIED (-5) for Marketing Driven or Field Sales Engagement leads.

  • Business Developer manages reporting of contacts from Targeted Contact (-8) to Qualified (-5)
  • Working within the GEO engagement models, generate lead analysis in Hubspot and Lead Service Center based on GEO operational plan – IFWE Target, communicate with and qualify Marketing Driven prospects.
  • Validate contact and site information in Lead Service Center
  • Monitor and report on outbound Identified Contact (-7) from associated IFWE Target marketing campaigns into Open Leads (-6)
  • Identify Prospect and Customer Business Drivers based on analysis of activity outcomes
  • Ensure that Qualified Leads (-5) are distributed correctly to the relevant Customer Engagement Model and sales team (Dassault Systemes or Partner) 
  • Manage Lead Qualification analysis according to the agreed Operational Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators and Key Activity Performance Indicator Targets


Your Key Success Factors

  • Education requirement: BS degree
  • Business Development or Telemarketing:  0 to 3+ years’ experience in Inside Sales/Telemarketing/Business Development/Sales and/or IT/ Software Solutions
  • Strong communication skills -- interpersonal, oral and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
