In our direct sales organization (Business Transformation), you guarantee the value of Dassault Systèmes (DS) solutions to our customers.

You collaborate closely with the large account sales teams by participating in the definition and execution of the sales strategy on named accounts, with a focus in the Energy and Materials (E&M) and/or construction & cities industries.

You will perform a consultative sales approach, using tools and methods to assist customers and prospects in their business transformation through the application of “VALUE ENGAGEMENT” framework.

This framework will require the following steps:

  • Reveal the value during the “VALUE ASSESSMENT” phase
  • Articulate the value during the “VALUE DEFINITION” phase,
  • Assess and Estimate the value during the “VALUE COMMITMENT” phase and confirm by
  • Measuring the value during "VALUE DELIVERY" phase

What will your job be?

You will participate in the account strategy by providing business analysis inputs on customer (Business Model, Customer Value Model)

Your missions will be as follows:

  • Create, develop and maintain the relationship with our clients and our Systems Integrator partners at the executive level, by being identified as a trusted partner, able to bring business value and support to their transformation processes.
  • Articulate and evaluate the value of the solutions (targeting of KPIs, ROI calculations) in order to formulate a real "value proposition" for our customers.
  • Apply 3DS processes and methodologies to target the value, financial impacts and metrics of our proposals.
  • Contribute to the writing of the answers to the specifications (RFI / RFP) in particular the "executive summary" part
  • Ensure the proper capitalization of customer experiences and projects to facilitate the reuse of concepts and solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data regarding customer weaknesses and problems, and identify the causes.

The Challenges ahead

In this role, you will be expected to bring business analysis and input into our client business processes in order to define transformation initiative based on value creation.

Your key success factors

Higher education engineering school or equivalent. Ideally completed by an MBA, you have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a business consultant role (management and improvement of business processes, business transformation). A first industrial experience in an operational role will be much appreciated.

You have the following skills:

  • Ability to interact in confidence with all levels of management of the company.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of business processes in energy & materials and construction & cities.
  • Ability to imagine and sell software solutions of the future at demanding customers.
  • Ability to identify, maintain a relationship of trust with a complex network among customers, in-house 3DS, and with an industry ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability and passion to learn.
  • Excellent oral in English. You are mobile internationally for short-term assignments.
  • Knowledge/experience in PLM consultative selling or project implementation if not mandatory is an additional asset.
