Your Mission

 

Support our sales performance throughout VALUE ENGAGEMENT, by providing valuable advice and guidance to our clients, allowing them to transform their business with our portfolio of offers, and reach their objectives with a clear value realization roadmap and a robust business case.

 

Responsibilities

 

·      Reveal the value during VALUE ASSESSMENT phase by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives and expected Benefits and their value indicators (Key Value Indicators).

·      Articulate the value during VALUE DEFINITION by defining customer’s main Business Changes and identifying the impacted processes to achieve Objectives. Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes. Build a business case for the proposed initiatives.

·      Define the way to capture and expose KPIs, and initialize monitoring of the value during the VALUE COMMITMENT phase.

·      Confirm by monitoring the KPIs, assess impact on the business and expose it during VALUE DELIVERY phase.

·      Capitalize on the realized value, KPIs and KVIs, during the VALUE UP phase (Post Customer Deployment).

·      Establish DS credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of their business transformation by effectively leveraging their people, processes, and 3DS solutions.

Your Experience 

 

·       Deep expertise and experience in the business & operations of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry (pharma, biotech, and medical device & diagnostics)

·       Deep understanding of the processes on how a drug, biologic, device, or combination product is brought to market from R&D/Engineering to commercialization

·       10+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or in a corporate role delivering strategy and operations projects with an emphasis in business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models and digital technologies

·       Experience in one or more of the following transformation practice areas: business process architecture and solution implementation, business case and use case development, financial modeling, strategy definition, analytics, complex program management, enterprise software adoption

·       Proven success in leading business transformation engagements in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry

·       Experience in a sales or technical sales role at an enterprise software solutions organization

·       Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes portfolio of Life Sciences & Healthcare solutions is a plus
